Once upon a time, in the beautiful hamlet of McLaren Flat in South Australia there lived two great friends, Nick and Stewart.
Through their unquenchable appetites and love for wine and gin, they decided that it might be a really good idea to blend both gin and various varieties of wine to see what developed and that’s when the famous WinGin was born.
The following year saw many endless blending sessions and through their enjoyment of tasting and blending and trying out new mixtures, they realised they were onto something very special.
It was then that they realised that their technical abilities needed to be bolstered slightly, so they reached out to a fellow aviator and great friend Leo.
Leo, also with his unquenchable appetite for innovative drinks and love for technical development, decided that this was a great idea. So with their combined love for wine and gin the High Spirts Liquor company was born.
High Spirits Liquor strives to produce the perfect balance of juniper berries and botanicals thus creating the perfect dry gin and other variations allowing for a perfect range of drinks that can be enjoyed all year round.
