Such a lot has happened since our last news update.
We recently gathered at Forktree Brewing with Leo’s family, friends and students to mark the release of Pilot’s Legacy – the final batch of spirits he helped create alongside the High Spirits team.
It was a particularly meaningful day as we reflected on the loss of our co-founder, Leo, who tragically lost his life in a flying accident alongside two other pilots. In recognition, 10% of all sales on the day were donated to the Goolwa Surf Life Saving Club.
Jake, Leo’s son, has now stepped into High Spirits Liquor, helping to drive the business forward and carry on the legacy as we continue to grow and diversify.
We’ve also welcomed Will as a business partner and fellow pilot. He brings energy, enthusiasm and fresh ideas. At the same time, one of our original partners, Nick, has moved on to new adventures – thank you, Nick, for being part of our journey.
We’re excited to have recently launched a new addition to our range -CAVOK vodka (Clear And Visibility OK), now available via our website alongside our trio of gins. There is also a limited amount of Pilot’s Legacy remaining.
