1. Promoter
The promoter is High Spirits Liquor, South Australia.
2. Promotion Period
Entries open on the date the giveaway post is published and close at 11:59pm ACST on the date specified in the post (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
Employees, contractors, students, and immediate family members of High Spirits Liquor or Goolwa Air are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must during the Promotion Period:
Follow High Spirits Liquor on either Instagram or Facebook; and
Share the official giveaway post publicly on the same platform.
Only one entry per person per platform is permitted.
5. Prize Details
The prize is one (1) 30-minute flight in a Bristell aircraft, departing from Goolwa Airport, SA.
Prize is for one person only.
Flight is provided and facilitated by Goolwa Air.
The prize must be redeemed and flown on or before 31 December 2026.
Total prize value is approximately $300.
The prize is only redeemable in South Australia at Goolwa Air. Interstate winners are responsible for their own travel arrangements to complete their flight.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries within 5 business days of the Promotion Period ending.
The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, High Spirits Liquor reserves the right to redraw the prize.
7. Prize Conditions
The winner is responsible for their own transport to and from Goolwa Airport.
Flight dates and times are subject to aircraft availability, pilot availability, and weather conditions.
All flights are conducted under the safety procedures and operational control of Goolwa Air.
The winner must comply with all instructions from the pilot or Goolwa Air staff.
High Spirits Liquor is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather or operational requirements.
8. Safety & Medical Considerations
The winner must be physically able to safely board and fly in a light aircraft.
Goolwa Air reserves the right to decline the flight if safety requirements cannot be met.
If the winner cannot meet safety requirements, the prize is forfeited.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, High Spirits Liquor and Goolwa Air accept no liability for any loss, injury, or damage incurred in connection with the prize or entry into the promotion.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
10. Privacy
By entering, participants consent to the Promoter using their name, social media handle, and any content shared about the prize for promotional purposes.
11. Acceptance of Terms
Entry into the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
